Chimney Maintenance & Installations
Chimney Inspections
The Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA) and the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) recommend that all chimneys and/or appliances have an annual inspection. For more details on inspections, click the link below.

Chimney Sweeping
All wood-burning fireplace and/or wood stove chimneys and venting appliances (i.e., furnace flues) should be swept regularly to prevent the build-up of flammable creosote.
Chase Covers
Many of the original chase covers installed on homes in our area are made of galvanized metal and have rusted over the years. This can allow moisture and water entry into the flue system and firebox and cause rust damage to the system. Our technicians can replace your old rusted chase cover with a professionally installed custom fabricated stainless steel chase cover.
MASONRY CHASE COVERS
Our technicians can install a stainless steel chase cover to cover the chimney crown to provide permanent protection to the top of the chimney. Concrete/mortar crowns do deteriorate over time, but a stainless steel chase cover eliminates the need for crown replacement and ongoing maintenance of the concrete/mortar crown.
Chimney Caps
Chimney caps serve several important functions. Chimney caps serve to contain sparks when you have a fire, protect the inside of the chimney flue from being damaged by rain, snow, etc., and keep birds and squirrels out of the house. We recommend professionally sized caps for all chimneys. We use only the best stainless steel lifetime warrantied caps.
Damper Repair
A broken or damaged damper affects the operation of your fireplace and also causes energy loss in your home. We can provide solutions and discuss options to fix or replace your damper.
A top-mounted chimney damper provides energy-saving efficiency by sealing cold and hot air out, and the cap provides extra rain, animal, and spark protection—stainless steel with manufacturer’s lifetime warranty.
